Our Return Policy Basics
- Items must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Items such as software which require registration or certain goods listed in our exception list below cannot be returned.
- All damage and shortage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Call the Dillyeo.com Customer Care Center at 312-756-4309 to report damage and obtain a return authorization number.
- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
- A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles. Credit can be given in the form of a Dillyeo.com gift card upon request.

To prepare your return
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, check or credit.
- Furniture must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product damage or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Major Appliances Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by calling 1-312-786-4309.

- Electronics such as TVs, VCRs, DVDs, DVD players, gaming systems and computers must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product damage or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Large TV’s that are delivered via Home Delivery carriers cannot be returned without original manufacturers packaging. Freight damages must be reported at the time of delivery and the TV should be refused if you see any signs of damage. If you fail to report damage at the time of delivery you may forfeit your right to file a freight damage claim after the delivery agents have left.
